There was an unforgettable delay in releasing the car , through the registration process, but the staffs were helpful through the process and persisting. A name to highlight and mention is Vipin who was so supportive and instrumental in getting the issues resolved. They were considerate enough to send the new car home considering the delays and also my inconvenience to reach the show room.

From the Niramankara showroom in Trivandrum of Derik Motors, we bought a Tigor Ev XZ+ Lux variant last month. The purchasing experience was really positive. The entire booking, delivery, and after-sales experience was excellent. The most remarkable part is that they still return our calls a month after delivery, particularly the executive Mr. Jithin . *One request to TATA motors after using the vehicle for 6 months: The ev owners are still facing issues with lack of adequate charging facilities. The TATA motors and it's dealers can help us by installing high speed charges at their sales and service points.
The worst service ever. We had purchased a Tata harrier dark in 2022. Unfortunately there was a malfunction in the engine( I know only 1 year and this happened) we were informed that it was manufacturing defect and that they would be replacing almost half of the engine. The next disappointment was all about the service. The service of tata is absolute pathetic, they never told a date that we could get the vehicle delivered after the repairs, moreover, they provide no updates, and dont pick up calls even when we try to reach out and get a update. They have our vehicle with them for over a month and still not given it back after the repairs. They keep extending the delivery date without prior notice or warning. I honestly would never recommend their vehicles considering the service we received.
"My experience with Derik Tata Trivandrum was really bad. The manager and staff weren't helpful and the service was poor. Buying a car from them was a hassle. They need to improve how they treat customers." My suggestion for next time tata buyer to take and service cars from Luxon Tata a venture of Nippon Toyota who are renowned for fabulous customer service. I am giving my car for service to luxon tata as i am getting a wonderful experience from them.
Got a new Tiago EV last week. Third day AC not working. Some fan issue is what they saying. Part not available. Ordered from Poona. Require one week delay in that. Hope it goes well. Anyway not happy with overall experience.
