Very poor service by chandrani motors .Even we have to beg for additional gifts that they were initially promised. Behaviour towards customer was very poor. Since , Tata has good product and we have trust on them , for that reason i agreed to buy. Otherwise , i will suggest to everyone try for other dealers of Tata.
Service is so bad that it will lead to frustration as they take minimum of 30 days for insurance claim repairs...They will take your time so much and harass you that you will think why i gave my car here. Look for other dealer before giving for insurance claim service.

I got a Tiago automatic Xza + here and co-ordinated the process mostly from Bengaluru and took delivery at Asansol . The interaction and process with sales person Mr Sabyasachi was amazing. He was very professional and guided us through the process although we majorly interacted through phone call. I got the delivery within two weeks of booking and there was no delay from dealer side. I would recommend Sabyasachi and Chandrani for any Tata motors car purchase in and around asansol / durgapur belt.
