Showroom is not good by appearance. I was made to wait for longer. So, I mean to say this. As per today's date, appearance of Car showroom and service does matter. But later on other experience was good. I been for Harrier, vehicle is top notch.
The worst car dealer in Bagalkot and Bijapur district. Took booking for Altroz in Jan 2021, saying the car would be delivered in 45 days, but did not deliver even after 3 months. No proper response from the sales manager and general manager. They are very careless and irresponsible people. Had to buy a car from some other dealer. Service is worst. Had a problem with the clutch plate within 1 year and it was under warranty, but the service centre made me pay 10K for the replacement of the clutch plate. Tyres had an issue within 1.5 years which was supposed to be a free replacement, again dealer made me pay from my pocket. This dealer has no guts or doesn't take responsibility for customer satisfaction. Take orders only for the sake of doing business. Do not have business ethics. Booked another car recently thinking they have improved, but it looks like they have not learnt from the mistake. I am sorry to say, but TATA Motors is also careless if a complaint is raised about this dealer. I strongly do not recommend this dealer as the general manager himself is careless and irresponsible.

Such a horrible staff Nexon vehicle took just 8months back Since then continuously having problem with engine Staff is so irresponsible and low knowledged that they can't fix the problem Every time they make some story and send back Hope tata group take care of this They are spoiling the name of tata group I thought tata service is good But this staff proved me wrong
Extended warranty agents are there in bijjargi tata motors... if u done extended warranty they vll care ur Vehicle's other wise they not response any thing .... If its comes in Under warranty they not give u any good guidance to customers.. Be care full when u take ur Vehicle's to services there.... Its my personal experience overall here
