The worst service and irresponsible reply, by Shankar of tata service center.. Lot of Ants were moving on the rooftop of my car.. When I asked them to wash properly, they replied that I ate something & kept my hand on it, that's why these ants are there.. 2) the ribbon marks are still visible.. when i asked about it.. They replied that those marks won't go unless they scratch it with a blade... I never expected this from such a Big Tata company.. Very bad service Disappointed

A five star is the upper limit but they deserve more. This was by far the best car servicing experience I have seen. From the moment the service was scheduled over the phone until the very end of picking up the ready car, literally every step was professional and knowledgeable. I do not reside in Mysore, but have now decided that I'll bring the car to mysore for servicing. We saw a Well trained and knowledgeable staff. Steps they took : Booking was scheduled. Reminder was done by them to check if appointment is still confirmed. Moment the car was in, every step was explained. One person immediately put steering and driver seat disposable covers. The car was thoroughly checked for items and note was made. Second inspection was also done to check the exteriors for any scratches or issues. The service advisor walked us through the car issues if any. Coffee and water was provided. We received a call when the car was ready. The car was cleaned very well and all steps taken were explained before billing.

Staffs are supportive , we had a quick unplanned visit to the service center here for one of the major issue in Tata Hexa which could have stopped the planned trip . Issue was checked & rectified in an hour . Thank You Team Urs - Tata Motors .

Pathetic customer service. I have been a regular customer of URS car service. Off late the service quality has been detiorating. The tipping point was when i recently had to visit the service centre to fix HSRP. I reached the designated place on time as suggested by the advisor. They took 3 hours to change the number plate. The reason they gave is even more pathetic. They don't have right tools to remove the screws in the number plate. They suggested me to go to a local shop to remove the screws. If you do not have the technical capabilities or tools to remove a screw, i seriously doubt your abilities to service a car. I also suggest the management to provide necessary customer service training. Customers please be careful when you visit URS car service for replacing your number plate. Pls plan for 3 hours as they will make you to visit the showroom then the service centre and then a local mechanic and then back to the showroom just to remove 2 screws and fix the number plate.

Visited for first free service, service advisor who attended he was nice person and did great job from his point of view. But since it was heavy raining I was in rush after reaching home I realised that basic vacuum was missing I'm updating my comment after having following up from service center on issue which I faced. They took care of the vacuum cleaning and it was Raghu Co ordinated well. Only sad this is round trip happened which is little costlier to my pocket

Horrible aftersales service at Urs Kar Motors. People who are buying car from here must be aware that you are going to be harassed for the after sales service. I had an accident and I gave my car for repair. Although the insurer instantly approved it, the service centre people kept on delaying the repair process in the name of parts getting delayed. Mr. Shrikant and Mr. Wilson who are the incharge kept on lying about the dates. Its been 3 weeks since I left my car at the garage and repair work haven't even started, see the picture yourself. I hope you folks learn from my experience. Please like this post so that the truth reach more people.

I had a good experience with Urs Kar service. My complaint was attended to and work done to my satisfaction. I only wish they would offer customers a cup of tea or coffee while they wait to pick up their vehicle.
