Worst experience ever .. very bad customer service and response.. I'm waiting in customer lounge more then 4 hours. Very very worst service centre I ever seen . Please take action.
The did a very timely help. I was on travel from Chennai to Ambur for an emergency case my nexo battery was dead hence I reached here and explained my situation the team there analysed and replaced my battery in 20minutes. Thanks for timely help!

Very very worst service in CXM department. Dont beleive them, if anything happens means (they will say no issue)to us for big issue also. Worst customer service.
Worst service experience ever, gave the car with a broken tail lamp and for final free service, the car hasn't moved out of body shop in 2 weeks, even after the tail lamp got replaced few days ago. They are asking me to take the car and bring it back later for the service now. Worst experience ever, never take your car there for service.

Service was good but the cost for spares and charges for labour is considerably high compare to earlier were as we have to inform the service job card PDI guy about the problems facing in our car later somehow they will try to sort out the problem with solution if not they call us to confirm about the parts price to fix the problem I felt that might be costs high as not expected.
Sales personnel Mr Sathish guided well right from Showroom visit, Test drive, Financial arrangement till the end of vehicle delivery ceremony. Overall I had a nice experience with Sayar motors
