Though the booking for service was not made prior they offered me the service. The lounge and all are very proper. The service was not different from other service centres which I have travelled to. The delivery time was around 6.30 washing takes too much time. The only complaint I have is each time they simply pour windshield fluid unnecessarily and charge for the fluid even after mentioning that I have a kit ( Tata branded kit with polish and all) they have provided before and I use it when the fluid is less.
My experience with Rotana motors Calicut was incredibly frustrating. Communication was virtually non-existent, and the staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful (I don't mention everyone; I only mention those who have dealt with me).The quality of work left much to be desired. I would strongly caution others against using their services.

Just a note of appreciation for the excellent service I received yestrday. Mr mubasheer, the service incharge arrange to picked up my car less than an hour after I placed my offline request. Mubasheer and rotana service team solved it in a very short period with all the work I requested complete. He was efficient, polite and left my car in brand newly ! I'm definitely coming back to Rotana TaTa motors.

Bad experience after body work and third service ,takes around long time than commited to get back vehicle..that also delivered vehicle with some problems..have to give once again there.
