Staff were friendly and helpful. It was closing time. Firstly they denied after requesting they prepared food at 11pm.

Had given my car for service and it has scratch when taking delivery. Service manager won't admit that it's their fault. They keep they blame on us. I had shown the car pictures taken at the time of giving for service where there is no scracth and the manager says there is dust and so we aren't able to see it in pictures. More than admitting the fault it's the way they talk to us as If we are slaves to them. Tata Cars are good but it's their service that always let's them down.
Useless service personnel , unable to deliver vehicle on time , un availability of spare parts , response is not professional , no one is bothered to take responsibility
They came late but service was satisfied ..mechanics are very helpful....
The worst behavior ever! I went for regular service in the morning and they asked me to pick up in the afternoon. Went there; - No alignment check was done - the water wash was pathetic, the more irresponsible answer was "sir if you are not happy ask them to wash as many times you want" - what's the purpose of giving car for service? Why should customer wait and ask for multiple times? - When i asked them to check for tyre pressure, they ask me to check in puncture shop Customer feedback call: I gave the feedback that i never suggest my friends or family for your service, so the customer manager called again with excuse "i will come and pick up your car and do the water service sir", i've asked them to collect the vehicle on monday and no call after that. On one side Tata group is making India proud and the other side the employees exploiting customers. Shame. #LotOfRespectToRatanTata
Don't go to this service centre if you don't have free services. My car is fully functional, i moved to anantpurmu so I gave my car for service because it is authorised but I don't know what they did to my car ,it is making too much of sound, power window not working , one door is not opening from inside. They just changed the engine oil and charged me 4000. Worst experience ever in TATA
