I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Tata Motors since the launch of Tata Indica, and I have always enjoyed driving. Two years ago, I bought a new Tata Tiago from Muthoot Tata, and I was very impressed by its performance and features. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the sales department at the time of booking. They promised me a 2+3 year warranty, but they cheated me and gave me only a 2 year warranty. I felt betrayed and disappointed by their dishonesty and rude behavior. Recently, I faced a problem with my car's gear, and I took it to the service center. There, I learned that my warranty had expired, and I was very upset. But then, I met Mr. Albin Abraham, who was very helpful and courteous. He listened to my complaint and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. He also apologized for the inconvenience caused by the sales department and assured me that he would take appropriate action against them. I am very grateful to Mr. Albin Abraham for his outstanding service and support. He restored my faith and trust in Tata Motors, and he is a valuable asset to your company. I hope you will recognize his efforts and reward him accordingly.
The worst service ever, if you guys want your car in one piece please visit Luxon Tata service center. The worst customer service and it is a big scam. They are devil's with innocent face . Never trust them and they will never accept their mistake. Worst worst worst service center ever... they are just Good for nothing bunch of idiots. 0 knowledge 0 customer service. I feel like I'm wasting my time putting an honest review, let this reach tata and let them atleast change their attitude.. NB:- The 5 star ratings you see in Google is updated by their service advisors and staffs.. Never trust them. The service manager and service advisor Robin and Sherin sha are the biggest scamsters I've seen in my life. they scam you with the bills Never ever trust these people. There is just one guy which I want to thank that is Mr Albin CRM. He is really polite and understanding. Hats off to you Albin surviving within a place full of frauds(Service manager, Robin, Sherin sha.)
Just horrible... I came for a software update which was due for my Harrier and when they returned my car, I found that the floor carpet was muddy with sticky soil and grease on it and the steering wheel, seat cover were horribly untidy. They carelessly handle every car with no basic preparation before seating. I am a person who clean my car twice a week in either BriteMakers or Detailing Mafia so you can imagine how tidy I keep my car.
Service quality is worst. They didn't properly clean glasses. Didnt address issues raised in free services. Very worst experience in customer interaction. Very rude behaviour from service center staff
Very poor Service. If we are buying TATA vehicle with insurance from outside companies ( your own insurance) then they will purposefully make inordinate delay in claim works and if we are complaining this to TATA motors They will convince us to close the complaint and once the complaint is closed they will purposefully make delay in delivering the vehicle. @#Tata Motors.Please look into the matter positively.
Very bad experience at this centre. Have to wait for long time to get things done. There is not proper mechanism to manage the queue or wait time. Focus motors at kavanad is way better than this centre.
I would like to share my experiences with Muthoot Motors, both during the purchase of our new car and its recent servicing, following an accident. I would thank Muthoot Motors for the punctual delivery of the vehicle. They handed it over to us as promised, with a special mention for delivering it on a Sunday just before the Karkidakam month (a time traditionally considered inauspicious for starting new endeavors). However, my recent experience with Muthoot Tata's service left much to be desired. I believe there is room for improvement that they should focus on. 1. They provided a significantly long estimated turnaround time of approximately 18 working days for servicing the vehicle after the accident. While service team attributes the delay to the unavailability of spare parts (major concern), I believe the high volume of vehicles in their service queue is also impacting their capacity to meet deadlines. In our case we had to involve Tata Motors customer care to expediate the servicing. 2. There is room for further improvement in customer support, particularly in the aspect of providing timely updates to customers. We found it necessary to initiate multiple follow-up calls to receive updates on our vehicle's status. 3. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the extent of the vehicle's damage and proceed with the necessary repairs. In our case, we observed some paint loss on the body, and due to the vehicle's exposure to sun and rain while it was in service yard, rusting occurred, which was noticed during the hand over. Although we brought this matter to the attention of the service team, we did not receive a satisfactory response. Fearing potential further delays in vehicle delivery(item #1 above), we made the decision to take the car. 4. Allow customers sufficient time to inspect their vehicles during the handover process to ensure that everything meets their expectations. In our particular case, the vehicle was driven to the gate, and we did not have the opportunity to conduct a thorough check (People were already honking to clear their path, both entering and exiting the service center). 5. I had the impression that they were not providing the option of pick-up and drop (a paid service) of the vehicle for servicing. When we inquired about this service, they provided vague reasons, such as two out of three drivers being on leave, and so on. I hope you will view this feedback constructively and take steps toward improvement, rather than disregarding it. :D
I called the service adviser he said car is ready still i needed to wait one hour to get my car, when i went to to visitor room it smelled too bad and on the table there were some magazine dated 2002 i complaint to service manager Al ameen, his answer was very immachure then i messaged GM he replied me telling that he wil arrange thinks. When i checked my vehicle the next day of service, door unlock senser was not working ( 3rd service 11 month ) if hyryder is their when i puchise hartier i wil go for it, very dad service
