Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Luxon Motors Private Limited, Irumbanam - Car dealer in Kakkanad, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

On 20th November I had entered my Nexon car for service at this dealership and the service was a harrowing experience. Even though I entered the vehicle at 9.13am the service engineer arrived at only 10.30am.Ie. I had to wait more than on hour just to get the service executive attend the vehicle. I had no other complaint but major oil change and associated service as due. The dealership works almost like a government office with no customer centric approach like we get from Maruti dealership(my previous two cars were of Maruti). The service person one Mr. Sonat.V could not guarantee delivery by evening even though there was no repair work to be done and I had entered the vehicle as per prior booking. In the afternoon after several attempts he told me over phone that the vehicle will be delivered only next day. As per usual practice, I should have received the service entry confirmation on the morning itself. Then ,on the next day at around 10.54 he called me suddenly and said that he won`t be able to deliver the car for 4-5 days as some major repairs have to be done as the nut on the axle is damaged (at the time of break setting)and the axle assembly has to be replaced. Then I categorically said that, as at the time of entry no such complaint as detected it must have happened in the service station itself at the hands of service personnel. He had no clear reply and was very evasive. Then I demanded that the vehicle be returned immediately without doing any service , as I wanted to take elsewhere for service. I was prepared to tow the vehicle away. I had lost the trust in the service personnel. Then suddenly he changed tack and said that he will repair the same in lathe and give it back in the evening. But alas , it was not to be so. Finally the vehicle was delivered on the third day ie.22nd November. It was badly washed with soap residues and grease sticking on the body. TATA dealers are not known even earlier for customer friendly approach and all of the dealer service centres are below par(MALAYALAM TATA,GOKULAM TATA and FOCUS Motors-FOCUS Motors being slightly better of the lot). I have added some close up pictures of the car so that you can see the pathetic and shoddy manner the washing service has been done.

Iam happy with my new Tata Tigor EV purchased from Luxon Tata Irumpanam, Thripunithura. The team is very punctual and fast in delivery of the vehicle. Especially Mr. Ananthu, Sales executive, I feel he is my family member, while through out the communication with the showroom. Thanking all the team.

I had a very disappointing experience with Luxon Tata service right from the service slot booking. They didnt pick up even though i had requested car pick up and drop. When I called and reminded them about the service, they said driver took leave all on a sudden and that they will change the date again. Another day was given. My Nexon had its 4000 km service, it took 3 days to get the service done. And the service executive didn't call or update me. When I got my car back even the TPMS weren't accurate. So much disappointing from a group like Lexon. I won't recommend

Well satisfied with Luxon Ernakulam.... From entering the premises to exit, great sense of ownership from security to advisors... Satisfied with vehicle too after 1 day of service...
