Very good Experience Buying my dream car #Tata Nexon. Employees are very good in nature, kind and helpful. Showroom is very much clean and hygiene. Especially our Senior Executive Seema Manoj was our associate, she was very good in nature, kind hearted and always provided all the clarification whenever we have doubts .

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with KVR TATA Kannur Service Station. The customer relations executive displayed an unacceptable level of carelessness and rudeness, tarnishing the overall service encounter. The quality of the work performed was shockingly subpar, and the absence of any discernible quality control checks was glaringly evident. This experience falls far below expectations, and it is imperative that KVR TATA Kannur Service Station takes immediate and substantial steps to rectify these severe shortcomings in order to uphold a standard of service that customers rightfully expect and deserve. Based on my unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend KVR TATA Kannur Service Station. The combination of careless and rude customer relations, coupled with substandard work quality and a lack of quality control checks, creates an overall unsatisfactory customer experience. I advise considering alternative service providers for a more reliable and customer-focused experience. The attached images are there final work . And they have claimed 16000 rs to this imperfection. And there is some lower section painting also included for the back door. If any option dont opt tata. Just buy car inly if there service improves. I wont purchase any vehicle from tata because of this kind of service experiance

My new Tata Nexon Xm+s just got delivered from Tata Motors,Thalassery saidarpali branch. This car has a special place in my heart because of its visually appealing and sophisticated design. It delivers amazing comfort throughout my first day of driving.This car, in my opinion, provides excellent facilities and fits all of my criteria. I'm very happy to be a part of the Tata family. It was a fantastic experience with Tata Motors. And the majority of the personnel is quite helpful and kind. A test drive led to the decision to buy this car. Athul Ramachandran, the executive staff, accompanied me from the first test drive until delivery. I'd want to express my gratitude to Athul for his efforts. Worst experience. We always respect the brand Tata. But here in KVR , it is poor in customer relations Over pricing in service charges.If it is a paid service, all the servicing activities are chargeable . Over and above there is a service charge extra, that is also coasting around 2k. Funny thing is even your vehicle will not be getting even washed. And at last , you have to leave the vehicle atleast for a day to get it serviced.

Poor customer service received from this service centre. While driving i came to hear an abnormal sound while the vehicle is jerking and went to the nearest service centre to know whether there is any problem to continue the ride. While he made me wait there, he doesn't shown the basic manners of telling me to sit there. Doesnt matter whether it's 5 or 10 minutes, your employees should first try to respect their customers . And he told that they have plenty of works pending so can't even check the vehicle. When i went to see customer relationship manager, the same behaviour got from there. If they have work pressure it should not be shown towards the customers.

Had done service there for 4 times.the last one was this may 2023. Terrible experience on all times. They don't know the basics of customer service. For a body service the executive are not writing what we say about the accident happened. Still some works are pending with the vehicle. This is a classic example of how bad a service can function. . Let raise a question to management, pls point out some customers who are happy with you r service

Worst service experience ever!!!! TATA provides best in class vehicles but service centers like this makes it feel like SH!T!!! Let me explain my service history 1. As usual i gave my car for service and came around 5 for pickup. The advisor told it was ready and went to check. Then he cama back and told only major issues are fixed minor still needs time so come tomorrow. But i had a trio next day so couldn't wait.. I told its okay . I will fix the minor complaints some other day. Then he acted like he was hideing something, then i realised that the car hasn't even been taken for service. What a fraud behaviour!!! 2. I got my car serviced from here, there was an issue with the left side rear indicator, after inspection they said there js nothing they can do on it. I should change the tail indicator set as a whole which will cost me around 3k approx. But whats funny is that just with the help of solder and insulation tape i was able to fix it!!
