Terribly bad. They will promptly give you a huge bill of 5-6k for basic, periodic services and later you will realise most of the works billed are NOT Done at all!! Making customers fools..we will better take our car to some other service stations from now onwards. Customers please ensure all works in the checklist are done by asking them to show what they have completed, before picking up the vehicle

Not professional.. very expensive.. they charge hefty amount for service.. quality of service is pathetic. Clueless advisors.. see my Nano engine after they have done MAJOR service for which they charged a total of 4500.. first time I'm charged by a service centre for servicing Nano with such a huge amount.. upon asking, advisor blabbers.. There wasn't any repair for this service.. just checkup and oil change.. I guess they've not even opened the engine chamber. See the dust and dirt around the engine.. literally pathetic.. //One month later// After complaining about the issue, Mr Shiju took special interest to clean the vehicle and made sure everything is perfect and up to the expectation.. thanks team.. Changing the stars from 1 to 5 for this..

I was not satisfied with the service I received from the car authorised service centre. They quoted me Rs4300 for a minor service that should have cost only Rs800 according to the tata motors app and manual. Though I later negotiated and reduced the quote to Rs1700. The service advisor was not courteous and respectful when I questioned him about the charges. He also did not let me fill the service feedback form and asked me to sign at the bottom so that he could fill it himself. I do not feel comfortable with this service centre and I recommend others to be cautious

No wonder why Tata Motors is still the worst in customer service. Please train your technicians and front office staff better. Pathetic people! Very poor service attitude. Highly dissatisfied.

Im not at all happy with the service provided. Given for service and taken 3500 for under coating alone out of 10000 paid. But returned the car without doing it. Only painted one side and rest all not painted. We have given this much money and they are not showing any responsibility in doing the work properly.Cheating the people by taking the money and not doing the work properly. I'm very unhappy with the service provided. It was their responsibility to ensure the work was done properly and should check everything before returning the car. when I called them they agreed to take up the car on today. But they haven't come to take the car or not even informed/called. Very irresponsible.We will be loosing our money for petrol in again taking and bringing back the car for so much of distance, which should have been done in the first time itself.

The service experience was average not too great to tell about. The service is costly. They charged around 4000/- for a free service for a Tiago. What they changed is only Engine oil. They didn't deliver the vehicle within the committed time. It was disappointing. Overall it was an average not so great experience.

Worst service ever seen. Made scratches on my car and they are not accepting and asked me to clear it by taking insurance claim. Washing and cleaning is utter flop. Boot space not even opened. I strongly recommend not to give your car for service.

Worst service ever. I did My cars service one month before and they charged a huge amount for that. It's not even a month since their service and my car is having serious issues now..while driving,it gradually slows down and stops in the middle of the road. I took my car to the service centre and they couldn't find the issue and said all is fine.i trusted them but just the day after, again my car stopped in the middle of the road and I am standing somewhere in the middle of the road with my 2 year old kid.
