Very very bad service... I am not recommended for this Tata showroom. Irresponsible employees. Last two times I have done service here for my Altroz. Most times I feel like they have committed to do or share information regarding our requirements, but after that they didn't aware of what they have committed..Very bad customer satisfaction. I am not wishing to under rate this service centre, but this is my personal experience.

Thanks for all the service and support, request to keep doing good work,. I had issues with Tiago like battery getting drained and got consulted in Cochin , they checked for 2 days and told like it's battery issue where the battery guy already shown the discharge issue in a video which i did shared to these Cochin service guys. Then when I traveled to kuttipuram for personal work I just visited this place to have a trial , but they given info like cluster issues , issue got resolved once I changed that. Thanks for finding and fixing it.

Professional team. Experienced in handling the customer concerns . No false billing which means they are transparent throughout the service time to mention what would be done . I would strongly recommend this team for others to have their car serviced at this place. One thing i noticed from past 2 services that the car has been handed with lot of dirt outside which keeps the experience not a full 5 star.I need to clean the car entirely after the handover everytime.This may be both the times the car was given during the rainy season or the place where the car is parked or handled needs some revamp.

Recently serviced my Tata Tiago from Mechatron. I was fully satisfied with the work done. It was a major service after completing 3 years. The representative initially provided an estimate and explained what all parts would change. The actual was almost matching the estimate. At present, Mechatron is one of the best service centers available for Tata.
