When I surrendered my policy I was treated well but amount was partially received and remaining amount was delayed for almost 2 months for which we had to run around a lot. And inspite of paying promptly for 13 years we got lesser amount after surrendering. I would suggest it is good to deposit in banks or invest in mutual funds rather than signin up these kind of policies. While giving policy they tell about so many benefits but at the end we won't give. They mension Guarantee and non guarantee benefits and quote good amount under non guarantee column to attract customers while paying they pay almost half of the amount mentioned. Almost all insurance companies are like this only. But we had faith in Tata aia. Now realised that tata also doing same thing.

Worst customer service. 1. Their customer care calling is paid 2. Chat facility is not helpful either 3. Went to 2 different branches for my work 4. 10-3 on weekends? We need to take leave to come here

Very friendly staff. They listened to your concerns very carefully and help you to resolve it at the earliest. Quite honest with their products and their performances. Good thing is that they did not try to sell some underperforming/useless policies to achieve their targets.

Agents of this company are given a free hand while getting customers ( including forging customer signature ). When unsuspecting customers try to surrender the policy, the first question asked by their employee is whether the signature is the customer's or not. This clearly shows the modus operandi of this company and its agents. A black sheep in the TATA group of companies.

Excellent financial products and services. Swift process for claims. The senior rep *Mr. Sanjay* at Lavelle Road has indepth knowledge of policies sold and has satisfactory answers for all queries. On top of that TATA is a trusted brand.

Be careful when you are taking policies. I surrendered the policy but, I lost 1/3 of my paid money. Its better to keep our money in bank, atleast we will get our actual deposited amount back.

Good experience. If you wanna surrender your plans or policies, please be there before 3 PM (Monday to Friday). After 3 PM, they don't take any requests. Staffs are good and helpful. Before, surrendering your plane, they will guide you what can be done. But at the end, it's your call.

TATA AIA life insurance though have 5-6 offices in Bangalore but this is the only office that process the policy surrender. I also came here to surrender one of my policy, but was disappointed to see that they do not have any parking space. The nearest parking space is available in Hotel Airlines for Rs 50/ . Else you need to have your personal driver. People are friendly and co-operative here. I happen to meet Mr. Sanjay kr, head of the branch and it was a nice experience since he attended and guided me well.
