Ordered 1-Meals with semiya payasam 2-Gulab jamun 10 no Rice was good ponni rice, 3 type sides with moru curry Food was good nice taste and flavours. Service also good, each of them are very kind Gulab jamun is very soft and medium sweet and personally I like it . Total 480rs Meals cost 90 rupees Gulab jamun 300rs(30 per piece) (Gulab jamu cost I felt a bit more , not worthy for 30rs, maximum 15rs per piece.)

If you had food one year before it was yummy.. Had dinner two days before still not clear the stomach. Pls ensure to serve hygienic food for public. Very bad.

Located around 200m from the Kalpathy Visalakshi Temple, nearby Ponnu Mami's (famous for her homemade pickles and other food items) house. Parking is only possible on the roadside. The restaurant itself is a small setup, with around 10 tables available. Went for breakfast and had the following items - Pongal - Tasty and filling, and very good for the price (40 rupees) Poori Masala - Decent, with good masala curry. Podi Roast - A peppery chutney powder used, it was crispy and tasty. Appam and Stew - Just average Filter Coffee - Strong and had a unique taste, ground and roasted by locals in the area. Overall, this restaurant is recommended for pilgrims and travellers going through this area for their homely style food and friendly service.

Too good authentic vegetarian, south Indian and Kerala food. Just a km interior from main road and worth going if you are passing by Kalpathy.

During my first visit, I observed that the service was not professional. Upon peeking into the kitchen, I noticed that it did not meet the expected standard. The following day, a relative ordered a dish called "Seva," which turned out to be spoiled and not freshly cooked. When we complained, they did not accept payment. The hygiene of the place is questionable, so exercise caution with regard to your stomach. Improvement is needed in all aspects

Their chutney is just white color water, pongal is like liquid. Very worst , waste of money. Instead of making these type of food money , better do other business...
