Taskus is such a scam company for real, I recently got shortlisted and they did everything and documentation too. But they didn't tell me when to join the company so I messaged the HR Who hired me and she didn't dare to reply me, her name is diksha and I also called her and she didn't pick my call. Atleast tell me if I have to come or not, I just wasted my time thinking they will call. Such a scam company. I hope it gets closed in the future. Don't come here for interview to anyone I'm telling. I hope the higher ups take some action and please I request to taskus if u are not hiring then just tell the candidates that you are not hiring at the moment so we can go home its just a waste of money and our time coming for interview.

I have 4+yrs of experience in BPO with prestigious organisations of cHD and mohali BUT TASKUS IS THE WORST bpo of tricity TL use abusive word for the agents in official group (KAI BAAR TOH AISA LGTA HAI KI KOI AGENT TL KO GAALI YA THAPPAD NAA MAAR DE ITNI ROUGH LANGUAGE USE KRTEY HAI TLS)you will feel like you are working with factory supervisors If u work with TP u will get good ctc if u r working with CNX U will have job security +growth same with ECLERX But with taskus No job security low salary package for every single mistake tos will conduct session with HR Bohot gareeb company hai bs wfh hai they have only 1premimum voice process with 37kctc and for that they need super com skill which is fine Aprart from this procces ctc range is 18-25k last that to with exp For WFH no electricity allowance no broadband install reimbursement only 1k for broadband monthly charges and there requirement is 100mbps plan. Worst part is u will get refund on 7th of the every month that too in there Sodexo card which has its own complications of uses 1500rs only fuel that too depends on how many days u came to office if u are on leaves ot on casual leave fuel allowance will get deducted Only +points is interior and clean washroom of the office to attract the candidates Salary range for agents level start from 18k which goes highest 25k if u have sound experience of bpo And yes m still working with taskus reason only ki wfh hai and if u have aniy doubt plz check with any taskus employe

I just give 0 star to this organisation. They will take 2 days for interview round after that you when you get shortlisted they assure you will receive offer letter via email and your joining date will be this this After few days they will messaged you that sorry to say this our now the headcount was reduced and half of the people have only gone to the batch. And nobody will be picking up your phone after that. These guys just making fool of you . Worst experience and worst organisation.

Honestly, even 1 star is too much for them. If you're a fresher don't even bother visiting this place for the interview. They will literally just waste your time and then tell you that you need to know certain things which you can only know if you've worked in BPO before. The only good thing about this company is the interior

Worst company one and only Taskus. They use the employees for the comfort. Taskus doesn't care about it's employees. They can terminate you at any time without providing experience letter. Worst company ever.

"Poorly managed company - Candidates waited for hours, with the first and second rounds conducted after 7 pm. I spent at least 8 hours there just for my first round. Seemed like they preferred foreigners over Indians. It felt like a complete waste of time. If anyone plans to go there, consider going after 5 pm."
