Worst feeling. Tht Debasis is not a Dr he is a monster. Intentionally he killed my pet. After 2 months he gave me my pets report. My 6 yrs dogs had no heart issue but he suggested safeheart medicine . He was doing trial and error method with my leelu's medicine. Today morning I lost my pet. For his wrong medicine and for wrong treatment my leelu was no more. Kindly request everyone don't take ur loving pet to this hell. U won't get back to ur baby.

Very unprofessional attitude. Our dog is suffering from tick fever. We got his blood tests done at this place. We needed the results in a timely manner to start the treatment. However, despite repeated follow ups they did not take our calls nor shared the reports. The doctor stopped answering our calls. They took the advance in full and never provided the services. We had to get our tests done in another place. Places like Tarzoo should be shut down. They are playing with the lives of innocent pets and with the feelings of unsuspecting customers like us.

I lost my pet today. She was not eating or drinking anything. We brought here seeing 24*7 open and emergency service as in cuttack I couldn't find a similar one. So evening we brought her and multiple times we asked for saline but they didn't gave and gave 3 injection along with medicines. We came back and at night 2 a.m she was in worse condition. We called to tarzoo pet care and they guided us with few medications. He though gave but nothing happened as she was not intaking anything. I told him if he can see in emergency but they denied and said only at morning 8:30 they can see. I even mentioned that based on earlier communications you mentioned visits only till 12a.m and then emergency. I asked him even after multiple times we asked for saline at evening you guys havent gave it to her. He mentioned she was active but my rabbit was neither standing or running or doing anything which seems to be active. She was just falling down without any strength. Later I asked if he knows anywhere else we can go. He recommended about government veterinary hospital bbsr. We went there and they provided an injection but no saline. At about 6 we again went to tarzoo as we consulted doctors from hyderabad and they recommended if you don't give saline she won't survive. My parents were sitting outside for 3 hrs outside tarzoo trying to contact them and request them if they can assist my rabbit and give a saline. No one responded and at about 8:10 a.m she died. Just one thing tarzoo pet care that its mentioned 24x7 open and emergency services. Could you update this and give the actual opening timings as this is misleading ? I haven't get this so called emergency services too. This has been a huge loss for me. Only a saline bottle could have kept my pet alive but this small thing is not understood by you guys. Rabbits are small pets and they cannot live longer without food and water.

Don't go here. He only act to be good really don't care about your pets. He treat animals as per his convience without considering seriousness of the problem. After losing a life this inhumane doctor give n number of absurd example about the breed. Pls don't play with voiceless animal upskill yourself. You idiot dont deserve to be a veterinarian.

If you have a pet in serious condition, then look elsewhere. If not you are welcome with both arms opened , the doctor here is very busy and saves the animals who are not serious and not even ill

I sincerely request to every dog parent please avoid this place at any condition.I lost my little puppy a french bulldog just because of poor facilities provided by the doctor present over there mr debasis(doesn't seems to be) He just ran experiments over my 1year old puppy just incase he might succeed. He will just illustrate about his machines and infections count, but the output is 0.If you want your puppy to be an experiment rat you are at a great place. Many experiments and injections(above 100) they killed my puppy after giving unethical medical facilities. They are not even answering any calls from our side. I literally request every pet parent to avoid this place you may travel anywhere but just save a little soul from this labratory experimental guy. Unhygienic surrounding, that place literally stinks. If somebody is related to animal welfare please take down this venture immediately and detain him from running experiments. Thank you.

Very wrost area the Dr was so busy to see only premium customers and not value of your pet if you don't have money I just visited mith my kitten (not Persian) the man avoid me just like I am not there the wrost man in the world . May God give him some lessons in life with so much pain

The best ever place for a dog treatment i had ever seen in odisha...my Labrador was suffering from tick fever with creatinine levels very high...had stopped eating and walking ...took him to TARZOO PET CARE....Words fall short to describe sir.He took care of my dog...In 3 days time creatinine level decreased n my dog was in a state of running and barking...Other staffs in the centre are too good and very cooperative..Thank u so much sir ,u saved my dog's life
