I would like to rate the hotel 0 stars . The service was very slow and though we called them for service they did not come . The washroom was the worst part . They not at all maintained the washroom . The washbasin was choked and the handjet system was very bad . The toilet flush frame fell down and fell into the toilet . The food tasted good but was uncooked and the butter was a duplicate company though it was written amul on it . I would prefer not to live here .

We reached almost an hr late still were made to wait for hl hr as no rooms were ready. Small rooms that lack maintenance. Dirty sheets. Very slow service. Inspite of asking multiple times they do not send anyone for service you asked. Have many options for buffet breakfast which was good. Tasty food and good location are the only thing in this hotel

God forbid do not accept room no 201. I was on a official trip for work and booked the hotel for 2 nights. Since my flight was reached at 11.30 at night, my check in was late. When I reached the hotel they gave away my superior room and gave me a horrible room. The bed sheet was unclean, pillows unclean. They did not have a space double bed sheet so they merged two single bedsheet for me and arranged me a relatively clean pillow cover from some other room. When I decided to manage my stay, all night the pressure pump beside the room made a sound. The room is by the maintenance area and staircase. I couldn't sleep all night and had to walk away from the hotel without checking out at 6 in the morning. I wish I could add the sound track I recorded of the sound of the pressure pump.

Overall experience compared to the tariff being charged is not good. The exhausts in each floor are not working properly. Most rooms get filled with kitchen smell especially in the evening and would cause suffocation and discomfort. Also wifi does not work properly most of the times. When you order the nonveg combo meal, you will most certainly get one neck piece. Being in Shivajinagar, the hotel location is awesome but unfortunately the amenities available in the hotel are not at par.

We used their Banquet services for a function. The food taste is excellent. There is a parking problem but valet parking makes your life easy.

Good location and its located at heart of the city. Nice ambiance for the party , birthday, office event. They have ala carte as well buffet lunch on the ground floor. Nice breakfast at the morning. Very silent place and good for the food as well. Parking available on your own but good place . Must visit.

The rooms looked old and the closet was not clean. The flush tank cover came out while using. I stayed in room no 202. Complete cooking and kitchen smoke came inside the room which was annoying.
