This is my go-to place for all my jewellery. They surely have the best collection I have seen in Kashmir. The best thing about this place is Avneet. I have known him over the years and he's great at what he does. He has this amazing ability to understand exactly what the customer wants which makes this process of finding the perfect piece of jewellery really easy.

I was absolutely shocked at the poor customer service at this store. My sentiments resonate with those of some other people who commented here. The owner of the store is absolutely unprofessional. He was weirdly very hesitant in showing us all the pieces. Kept taking away the mirror for trial stating " it often breaks". Awkwardly making eye gestures at his staff to remove pieces even though we're not done seeing them. Also expected us to make a decision in like 10 mins and seemed very pissed when asked questions. Not forthcoming with the weight or carat of the pieces. And when asked about customization his response " why do you need to customize, it is fine like this" Absolutely shocking. I have never had such an experience with a jeweler in Kashmir. I wish them all the best but they will never get my business.
