I had an unfortunate & worsted experience at this hospital. Not only were the charges for my relative operation and Dr. visiting charges much higher than what we had agreed at billing counter, but the hygiene and staff behaviour and billing department response was inadequate. We stay here 32 days (22 days in May23 and 10 days in Aug22). The lack of transparency and communication regarding the increased costs was disappointing. I strongly urge the management to address these issues and improve their billing practices. Patients should not be left feeling taken advantage of due to miscommunication and unexpected charges. I have emailed and awaiting responses.

Dr R.N. Singh is worst doctor. He is very money minded and has very low practice and knowledge level. He took 15000 just for wrist fracture plaster. Which was also done incorrectly and I had too replaster it after a month wait till 2.5 months. Replaster in my native place just costed 3500 and was done perfectly.

Good hospital for basic or emergency treatment. Very helpful for nearby peoples.

Staffs sitting there is illiterate and very arrogant. The hospital is un heiginic and not Clean. Resident doctors are not good. My mom had accident and went to this hospital. The treatment was awful. No hand sanitiser used by nurse . Avoid this if possible

In hospital management is very poor condition and this staff activities is not good but doctor are best treatment in hospital

Treatment is good but worst management the staff at billing counter misbehave with attendant, caring is not good the GDA demand you for cleaning and if you are not paying for cleaning they threat you and not do proper cleaning totally poor management and outdated hospital.

Doctors is money minded don't go there for treatment my mother still suffering from pain operation done in 2021 oct month. Poor management. Less facility. No professional all lower staff asking money tip. Rn singh kankerbagh he is good doctor.
