Today I purchased jewellery from Taqwa Kondhwa.
.First the staff was very unfriendly specially the person doing sitting at valuation. He was unable to devote time to customer queries and was literally rebuking them for each and everything enquired.
Secondly they charged a lot on making charges. I didn't went into much details in calculation relying on their honesty but when I checked bill at home I was not happy. Clarity has been completely missing in overall transaction.
Making a note that other vendors / shops are hardly within 5 minutes from this shop I highly recommend others to please visit other shops before purchase gold from their hard earned money.

Today I purchased jewellery from Taqwa Kondhwa with sole intention that they are following sharia as I am frustrated with Mia Bhais way of customer service and not keeping promise.First the staff was very unfriendly I was about to slap him the way he spoke with my mother but I was patient. Finally we purchased as we didn't had much time. Secondly they charged a lot on making charges this time I didn't went into much details in calculation relying on their honesty but I was told I am being provided discount but when I checked bill at home I was not happy. Not sure how other jewellers are.
From the older comments it clearly seems when the Kondhwa store was new overall satisfaction while buying gold was great. Nowadays it can only be called as pathetic.
I bought few items and was very happy a couple of years ago.
I suggested many friends and family members to go there. All of them including me got very bad experience lately and they will not improve their customer service.
Opt to buy from anywhere else like Labbaik which is below Taqwa. Or go to Taqwa itself from Mominpura.
Won't recommend this one anymore.
very pathetic service...they are creating ads of 100% cash back big displays but fake commitment they make. they said you buy and when you want to sell at that time we will give u 100% cash back ...when we went to sold it they said nahi current rate jo hai ussi se milega apko. fake people and fake commitments..
they cheated us ....after cash back the offered us 16200rs and just beside there show the other guy offered me 17800rs jisse hamne kharida bhi nhi tha...
i felt bad very very bad...

Very irresponsible people work here...I reached in afternoon they were having their lunch time ..but there was no board outside about exact timing when the lunch would get over..they closed the grill and transparent door...for them we were visible that we are waiting outside...even out of courtesy I waited for their lunch time to get over , but it continued for 45 minutes..they didn't had any courtesy to tell us how much time they would take to finish it ..even after finishing the lunch they sat on their chairs but we're not ready to open the shutter...this annoyed me and I decided to leave..they should have put the timing there about when their lunch time gets over..even of not that would have courtesy to inform us how much time it would take...v irresponsible..
The customers should reli do not misguide .As we are doing business in suunat libas.
