Nice water view, greenery in rainy season. Tappar Dam which is located in Kutch district of Gujarat. The Tappar Dam is the largest water reservoir in Kutch district of Gujarat. It is located in Tappar village of Mundra Taluka The dam is a great place to visit during the rainy season as the water levels rise and the surrounding areas become even more beautiful. However, you can reach Tappar village by road. It is located 30 KM towards South from District head quarters Bhuj. 15 KM from Mundra.

One of the Unexpected things in Kutch...!!! Yes, you heard it right. A kind of lack place where you can enjoy with your friends and family. There are two area in this dam : One is where this called as 'view point' where you can actually reach to the point where you can play in/with water. And second is at dam point, where you can visit the dam areas where also you can go to the place where you can access/touch the water . In and overall you can't find the place like this in kutch areas. If you are in Gandhidham, Adipur or in Anjar areas , you should must vist this place. The sun set time is also nice to watch at this place. As per my point of view the best time will be in the rainy season where in the time of rainfall you can have cup of tea in one of the best place.
