Visited this joint on a casual outing. Price is decent, taste is good. Service is normal but they are charging 10% service charge, which I find is higher when the service is not exceptionally great.

Their techa kabab is the best. Good deal on alcohol with great ambience.

Recently we visited this place at prime location in hiranandani medows, thane west. They have really wide menu which includes, Chinese, continental, mocktails,cocktails and what not. Also the staff is very polite hand helpfull. We tried here :- Lovers crush :- sweet drink with a great texture, and purfect amount of ingredients. tastes damn good!! prawns Koliwada :- perfect start to a meal...good Portion , served with ketchup and thick sauce. Tastes yumm!! Dum biryani :- authentic Smokey taste with served with salan. Also the quantity is more than enough, can easily feed 2 adults. Loved it. rice with Thai curry :- white rice with slightly tangy gravy.... absolute heavenly taste... especially the gravy accelerated my taste buds. Most recommended!

This place provides alcohol at MRP till 8.30pm. but u need to pay service charge if u r availing the MRP offer (it's written on the menu card they say)

Good ambience, not very expensive. Few of the food items we had were good .

My visit to Taphaus Sports Bar on the 30th of September was nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. Initially, we were seated at a table meant for two, despite the fact that there were 3 of us. But the staff provided with a large table after a couple of requests. To my surprise and dismay, the evening was marred by frequent power cuts, a first in my extensive history of visiting bars and pubs. The electricity repeatedly flickered, disrupting the ambiance for about half an hour. The staff struggled to promptly restore lighting and air conditioning, exacerbating the discomfort. Even worse, they turned off the AC, and upon my insistence to have it back on due to the crowded space and limited ventilation, they claimed it was non-functional and refused to address the issue. It was clear that their infrastructure was inadequate for a full house, yet they failed to manage the situation effectively. When it was time to settle the bill, we opted to pay through UPI. Shockingly, the first payment deducted from my account was shown as failed on the restaurant's end. I had to make a second payment to successfully clear the bill. The owner confirmed that the first payment had gone through but had not reflected on their system. I requested a refund for the first payment, which the owner initiated on his Paytm app, reassuring me it would take 24 hours to process. However, he declined to make an instant repayment, displaying a lack of trust in customers. After a prolonged argument and providing my Aadhar card as proof, I finally received the refund instantly, and I provided the owner with his refund the next day that he had initiated at the reataurant deducting the service charge which was, needless to say, poorly delivered. Food was good and tasty but in quantity was a little less compared to the price. This experience was not only inconvenient but also showcased the establishment's disregard for customer satisfaction and efficient management. The overall service left much to be desired, and I would caution others before choosing to patronize Taphaus Sports Bar.
