Utterly disappointed,No cleanliness,you don't get phone to order.cozy rooms broken furniture.

I love the behaviour of staff more than anything. Room is clean and cozy. With no plan we entered into the hotel. At first we felt it is just a standard hotel but nope... It is more than that. I love their hospitality abd services. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here and help them to grow more. Food I am marking 3/5 but that is overlooked. Thanks.
