Kindly plis keep some tissues in the washroom. The food that is being served there is not good. The biryani that we ordered was Shaaakakkakakaka.
It's the worst hotel i have ever visit.. service is too bad... they told that breakfast is complementary but sometimes they don't give the breakfast and told you that you haven't open the room...also they are taking extra price for food as they mentioned different price in the menu and almost taken double price for that.. I suggest plz don't visit this hotel for stay..
Recently I have visited and stayed for two days it was the worst hotel I have ever seen, the management was pathetic. Everyday after 9 o'clock the Television service would be cut off showing no signal, when we asked for help the receptionist answered that they are sending a person but when even after an hour we didn't get any help, we again called up then they responded that, the person has gone and they'll check it tomorrow. We had mentioned it during our check-in that we'll be staying there for 4-5days, but everyday they asked us to pay hotel room charges and even for the dinner bills they use to send the staffs with the bills to room for us to pay immediately which according to me is very unprofessional. This is the worst hotel service i have ever come through i should say.
Blankets need dry cleaning. No bill was provided at checkout as printer was not working. Not even soft copy was shared by receptionist.

The service at the hotel Tantra was exceptional.There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results.I am particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs(periodically coming by the Board Room to check with us).Nume conference attendees commented on the quality of the food,the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site.
Good place to stay. Good and healthy food to enjoy. Good hospitality. Would love to visit again
