My 12 year old is learning Hindustani music(vocal) under the guidance of guru Shivanand Ballesh since 3 months. He is an amazing teacher. He makes the classes enjoyable and challenging . We love the atmosphere. He gives attention to each and every student and encourage them to push their abilities. I highly recommend this place (Tansen) who wants to learn Hindustani music regardless of their age or skill level.

Its a blessing to be a part of Tansen Academy & i find myself to be fortunate enough to meet Guruji-Dr. Krishna Bhallesh Sir & his whole family carrying the legacy of Music. Weekend classes at Salagram will take us to different level , forgetting ourselves. It is a meditative state we reach during the class hours. Here , you can learn how much you want to. Students from the age of 18-60 and more have the same enthusiasm to learn from Guruji. We hardly get such committed & dedicated teachers.
