Hi , I had a very bad experience at Tanishq Jewellers in Tirupati. My last purchase of gold jewellery ,purity wise very good only the issue is when we compare to other store here they are charging 40 Rs more than trading price and customer service is very very bad they haven't given proper explanation to customer for there selection also apply all wrong calculation in final bill,when i had discussed samathing with manager they just convey to me now we cont do anything even they did the mistake we had to payied for that also .
Collection is very unique and u don't get these designs anywhere. Handmade jewellery , beautiful sets r available. Extended floor in showroom has new designs. New collections in Diamond jewelry. Very impressive behavior from all of the staff members and I don't want want to mention some names but all r good
