Beautiful store with great ambiance. Staff very friendly. The goldsmith radhakrishnan is very helpful in fixing any issue. I bought a necklace, due to some design , the strands were messing up and tangling. Mr radhakrishnan spent a lot of time fixing the issue adding some gold wires and now it looks good. He is the one reason I go there to buy jewellery

Worst experience with sales manager, while buying ring they told they don't have that small size ring so we can use spring type washer for grip... after paid to the ring they told small amount of washer only they can provide..... we bought for gifting purpose.... so we asked some more like 1 inch sized spring washer....i asked for three time ..he denied and he asked me to come with that person to the store and get the washer...... now its loose for that person...... she is in some other district... how can i ask that person to come to theni Tanishq for this simple things..... really worst experience we already selected some ring in jos alukkas with Correct size....... these people said about washer then we set to buy big size ring here.... after buying his words are different...... i just asked that washer for 1 more inch not a bigger one .... for just one 1 inch washer you cannot give means... never go to tanishq...... Gold is good but useless
