I think I have visited here close to 10 times. Good things: 1) Staffs are very friendly. 2) Good service Bad things: 1) Parking issues 2) Billing process is slow compare to other big jewelry stores in siliguri 3) BILLING is SUPER SLOW during the day of Dhanteras; experienced it the 3 rd time in 3 years. Sad to see, Managementhas never tried to improve on this. Won't recommend to buy jewelry on this day unless you can spare to waste 2+ hrs for billing.

Purchased this beautiful ring and I loved it so much. The staffs were really humble and approachable. The ambience was really soothing. Loved the experience. Will visit again.

Neat and clean showroom, all staff vaccinated, located on sevok road, perfect place for jewellery shopping. All staff are very supportive. Thanks to keya Dhar she is a tallented and very polite sales person. This place is easy to reach and you can drive or use public transport. It has sufficient parking space.

Been a Tanishq customer always. The product is good and the trust is what matters 5 star there Unlike always zero on services, I knew what I wanted took less than 5 mins to select the item. Post which as always long wait for invoicing process. The only corner waiting couch was crumpled and looked dirty,,, they did not offer water either. Possible they are gender bias as I was alone without my wife. Was not a Tanishq experience I am use to. Delhi NCR Tanishq are more professional and compared to my experience here.. again just saying coz Tanishq send me an sms for feedback.

I visited with my mother at Siliguri Tanishq, in there mother was choosed a gold earings, for that I was take a monthly plan(GHS), this plan is easier for me for the earring purchased. Thank you Tanishq all stafs of there good behaviour and service.

Good service by the team. I was having a lot apprehension but the store staff maintained the necessary hygiene and safety protocols and ensured a smooth purchase experience. Felt at home visiting Tanishq showroom in Siliguri. Ambience of the store is welcoming, amiable staff, especially Sanchita Dutta who attended us, whose overall handling of every query related to the purchase and otherwise deserves a 10/10. The most important aspect of any place which sells goods of any kind is to make customers feel welcome and in this department Tanishq succeeds hands down. Had to make a purchase which was long overdue for my 'ama', visiting Tanishq made it possible. Surely will visit again for more purchases in the future.
