Their friendly behaviour, sweet gesture and explanation about the product make us feel good to visit again and again. Recommending everyone to purchase from this authentic jewellery shop. The main highlight of the shop is great quality of gold and diamond. Also, their old gold melting using Melting Furnace and purity checking using Karat Meter in front of our eyes, I personally like the most. Keep it up and go ahead .
The customer service is not satisfactory, they handed over the bill in my hand without explaining anything about it..after asking for the certificate, they said they didn't have it.. Generally whenever I purchased a jwellery, other store explain everything properly, but not here.. Didn't liked it.. Be advised, try to avoid the store..

KH Laxmi Debi was very cordial and she was very patient in explaining the various schemes and the varieties of the ornaments on display...excellent & rewarding(not to mention 10% discount on making charges for all defence personnel). Must visit before purchasing jewelry especially gold. Just don't opt for the auto debit for Golden Harvest Scheme, for the mandate will never reach in time, and you keep doing it manually.....and the cherry on the cake is that Tanishq not even bothered about the delay by the courier, who continues to tarnish the image of such a fine company from TATA stables.... What a shame...err Sham
