Product quality is good, service is very bad. I was there for 4-5 hours only for billing at Sangli Showroom. Actually we went for purchase with family and we were waiting for bill. I asked many times and no one conveys correct information. Store manager and all staff had completed their work stack checking and verification and left but still we were waiting there in store. The only billing person and we were there to wait for reply from customer care and what don't know. But it was very bad impression and worst experience regarding Process of Tanishq. I ever never want to visit again at Tanishq. Still no any service call or no resolution of my problem.
