Everything is fine. I've noticed that on several occasions, there have been instances where some male individuals have spoken rudely to their colleagues in the store. While I understand the need for management, I believe it's essential that they receive proper training on how to wield their authority more effectively. They should aim for more polite and less disruptive conversations, especially in front of customers. This situation serves as an example of a toxic work environment.

Wasn't expecting it would be this much great in saharsa. Ambience is too good. It's very very spacious. It has two floors. The staff are polite, humble and helpful. They have not too much collection as of now but in upcoming days they will have. Tanishq - one can trust blindly.
Very unprofessional staff. They hide the facts regarding exchange of jwellery. After melting your jwellery they proved that your previous jwellery were very impure . And even they write everywhere that 100% of your gold weight will be exchanged then also they deduct 6-8% of gold value. I rate it zero Star.
Staffs behaviour was very friendly. Specially Ms. Tanya handled my daughter very friendly and helps her to ready for piercing and choosing right pendent for her. Thanks tanishq team
