Was not keen for purchasing any thing. Visited Tanishq only for window shopping and Max to buy a small gesture on our anniversary. Than, came Nirmal Bhai in picture , who has spent more than an hour and show many articles . Ultimately purchased , gold chain and gold pendant set with ear rings Nirmal Bhai nice, polite approach and patience make us to purchase these articles Also kke to add that , he also arrange to celebrate our anniversary .a sweet , little but touching approach

The way after Greeting at Tanishq is horrible at my last visit at Yagnik Road Rajkot as its compulsory to make entry in their book if u need to ateend by any staff... When I denied they said till time no one will attend you and I left from shop without any further arguments ... This was not expected... 2 things.... One is privacy clause as per court judgement no one hind you to disclose your identity without your consent in general manner and 2nd is customer satisfaction expected from Tata brand viz more important you are carrying on shoulder as an employee.... The man was sitting straight of entrance beside stairs with laptop / computer is arguing inspite insist it doesn't make any sense that no one will attend customer if entry not done in register.... Horrible experience. Till time I was visited once in quarter to buy something but now tanishq will be last option since last 3-4 visit being such customer experience and also in terms of variety of collection and high Labor making..
