I did some purchases in this store today and it was one of the best experiences I had of any store of Tanishq. This was specifically because of the salesperson Regina who have such customer satisfaction attitude. I did a gold exchange today and it was done and explained with such transparency and clarity by her . I am really happy with her services. Sometimes she even misses her lunch for her work and that too without a frown. My sister who is an American citizen had a great experience in this store with needed assistance and salesmanship of Regina. I wish to return again for some purchases next month.
