Well mannered staff. No PARKING AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS . Customer vehicles are at risk of jamming. The interior is awesome and well maintained. The painting of traditional Marathi wedding is good. Badri Mahal has been utilised at its fullest . Both jewellery and sarees are available in the store. Washrooms are also clean, packed drinking water bottles are available .
I visited tanishq for first time without any knowledge of jwellery and was attended by staff Manish , he gave me full knowledge about what I wanted to purchase and helped me doing my selection, and suggested me take GHS plan for my future purchase with which I was very much impressed. Over all best experience given by staff Manish and will visit for my every purchase. Nice collections and very much friendly staff.

Defected item sold to us. We waited more than the promised time. Despite being a decade old customer we got a poor quality product. Their response to this was that we can send it to the factory for them to see but can't say if it can be rectified or not. Why did they then make a fool out of us and sell 1.30 Lakh mangalsutra with a defective mangalsutra chain. Value for money and after sales services are poor. Really sad. No one responds once you purchase. Also, there is no transparency in the making charges, deducted amount...etc. they are cheats and are least interested in your benovelonce. We have wasted lakhs of rupees in making charges. We really feel that local jewellery stores are not such thugs. They atleast have transparent information. We are 14 years old customers of Tanishq. And today we finally say bye to this brand forever for the good.
Extremely poor service. Had been to Tanisqh yesterday evening to buy ear tops. After entering the store I was neither greeted nor asked for more than 5-7 mins. I was standing looking all around, waiting for someone to greet. This was a really disappointing. I dint find the tops I was looking for anyway, but when I comes to Tanisqh I expect the best service.
