Visited the showroom today. Had a comfortable and homely feel as always. Rahul Nair explained and showed us all possible options and helped us select what we are looking for. Even after purchase, I took a tour of the showroom, Zoya - a new luxury jewellery brand launched by tata .... Priyanka explained all the stories behind each jewellery and ended up spending almost 4 hours in the showroom. Even the old gold exchange was a great experience wherein we got very good exchange value without any deductions. . Overall a great experience and happy shopping.
An amazing experience with Tanishq. The staff were very helpful and humble. They even arranged a birthday cake for me and gave me a special birthday discount on my purchase. I shall definitely visit again.

Excellent ambience, well groomed and experienced staff. We were treated like an important customer. Though all staff were very good, I specially mention Chetan, Saumy, Sana, Madhuri who were making us very comfortable. Modern facility for melting and valuing the old gold items. Worth visiting. The wastage, unlike market, is very minimum and making charges are also very reasonable. The best part is that you get real value for your old gold items compared to what we would get outside. The trust in the name of TATAs is well maintained

Had a good experience. Mr. Chetan showed us a lot of designs and gave information. Down side - this is a new store so their records of old memberships may not be accurate. Overall, great designs. Updating my review - very nice support staff too. I had forgotten one of my belongings there and they had kept it safely. I went back to the store and it was shutter down but the watchman and 1 staff member retrieved my bag and returned it to me exactly as it was.
