She exhibited exceptional knowledge about the products and was incredibly patient in helping us make our selection. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable. It is worth visiting the showroom. I visited many times. They have very good collection and the staff is very friendly. Mr. Debnath (Karigar) proved his skill by designing a stand for SHREE YANTRA which was well below the estimated budget and was beautifully designed. It took one day for Mr. Debnath to design and make the stand. Being regular customer Mr. Debnath did not take making charges from us. We visited Andheri West svroad Branch 2 days back and had a gr8 time shopping .We were helped and assisted by all team on board there yday in spite of an internal stock taking, which was happening side by side .Not once did any staff show any irritation, though we took our own sweet time in trying out various new and tempting options on display at store Pravina and her sales lead Neeta, along with Sameer Vivek, made our spl shopping day most memorable .Pravina definitely stood out with her dazzling smile and sweet talks, and she was so patient to let me try the designs shortlisted too again till we all arrived at the final decision ?? She offered us tea coffee water and checked if we needed anything more as and when time kept clicking. She had to stay on a bit more than duty hours, but that too she did with her 24-carat smile. My family enjoyed the full shopping experience just because she made it very comfy for us no matter what we asked for was brought to us at the table where we sat all through .We clicked a few pics, which I shall share here too, and u all can join us in sharing ur happy times at Tanishq with ur shopping clicks and reviews too . It is an absolute pleasure for buying jewellery. Staff is polite, efficient and courteous. Exchange process is transparent and well laid out. Old gold being processed is explained in detail and can sit through the entire melting process. New jewellery buying is also great. Bhavika does not get tired of showing hundreds of designs.
