Nice jewellery and ambience... But some of the staff members are egoistic and have rude behavior... Designs are few and huge making charges... The Golden harvest policy allows you to save money in installments and have an opportunity to purchase jewellery promptly.

I had the worst experience with Tanishq Hazratganj today. Aastha tiwari was our sales assistant and she was very rude. I came with my husband and sister to buy earrings and two engagement rings. I didn't have an Indian number and wanted to show her the tanishq designs I had preselected. She refused to give me the WiFi password saying we weren't allowed to access it and that it was my fault that I hadn't taken screenshot. She didn't even make eye contact with anyone and refused to show me hoop earrings saying "they didn't have any in my style" . I ended up going to another store and bought what I needed but i am incredibly saddened since I had a long standing relationship with Tanishq and my mother and grandmother have also been longstanding customers. Never had we had such a horrid experience. Very disappointed
