Ok shop with good customer service. Service Rep was patient and attentive. One problem though, the service rep was not able to explain some of the offers and benefits of diamond and why Tanishq diamond is better than others. I had a better experience with Malabar which came out during a discussion and after that the whole point of their job was to put down Malabar and compare which I did not like. I have no affiliation with Malabar but they should focus on selling their products aggressively and not try to put down customers as stupid. We brought gold worth 1.6L and they offered a coffee mug as a gift which was also disappointing, though I had no interest in the gift but it did not feel personal. Would have been better to not give any gift.

My family has been a member of Tanishq since 3 year. Since then been connected with sales executive Fatima. She always gives followup about any discounts or offers going on. Last year on Dhanteras we did buy some jewellery, she very well explained about the clarity of diamonds, and discounts going on. It's always a delight to buy from tanishq : )

I am the regular buyer of Tanishq and I frequently visit this store 6 months ago I have purchased a diamond nose pin from this store and it's screw become loose. When I visited the store and raised this complaint then RSO Swati helped me out and She raise CCAF form and told me that after rectification they will provide me the product and now I have received my product and it is absolutely fine to wear. Thanks Swati and team Tanishq to handle a complaint in a very positive manner. Keep ou the good work always...
