Failed to keep the commitment. They design shown at the time of ordering was different from delivered item. They showed ring which was around 5 gm and size was less than 20. I ordered 20 size ring, but they reduced the weight to 4.771 gm. Actually there was a scheme which I took. The gold rate will be considered between ordering date and delivery date, which one is lower. The gold rate on the date of delivery was higher. So, they reduced the weight of the ring and made it thin. This was my marriage ring. They took more than 1 month and delivered rubbish item.you can see the difference in photos.

I brought from a pendent from my trip to Israel which no one can repair in krishnager but when I bought it tanishq Mr sourav das the karigar repaired now I can were it thank you to him and all the best ... And Mr Sanjay Saha who has helped us for the different service and the monthly system which a very good service from the company all the best and keep it up . We were confused about choosing earing they both (Mr sourav Das and Mr Sanjay Saha) helped us with the choosing of our jewelry . A very nice place to shop for jewellery in krishnagar. I have visited here several times. All the collections are very elegant and stylish. The behaviour of each and every staff member is cooperative and polite. Especially Mr Pallab Biswas , Mr Sumon Debnath , Mr Sourav Das guys are really amazing and very much helpful. I would like to pay a special thanks to Mr Pallab Biswas for helping us choose the right one and also for informing us about current offers through WhatsApp. All the female staff members are also very tentative. The behaviour of the store manager is also very welcoming. I would recommend everyone to the tanishq krishnagar store for jewellery shopping without any further thought.
