I went twice over a period of 2 weeks and I had a really amazing experience both times. I was attended by a lovely lady Rakhi Haldar who knew exactly what I was looking for and helped throughout the process of exchanging my old gold to buy new ones. The gold exchange process is also very transparent in Tanishq which was the best part of my experience in this store. Amazing designs, great customer service, all in all it was a perfect experience.

This Tanishq is at City center 1, at the front side of the Shopping Mall , right by thd Metro road. > Store is big. > They have good collection of both heavy and light jewelry. (Traditional and modern designs are available) > Good Service. > Fast billing process. > If u wanna exchange your old gold , they do it here , under the same roof , and time taken is not much. > Product quality is very good . I love what I got. Overall I liked my experience.

Hospitality was top notch. The staff were very polite and outgoing. Understood my needs and showed pieces accordingly. Wide range of collection to choose from. When in store ask for Mr. Arnav Dutta or Mrs. Rupsha Ganguly. Both of them are best in their profession.

Very good experience. We were hosted by Rakhi who showed jwelleries patiently while we chose the appropriate one, she also helped us to get some additional offer on our purchase. Variety of collections are available in the shop so, overall a very good experience.

He was very courteous and showed me the whole showroom, their latest collections, and even the place where they clean the jewellery. He also explained the transparent process of cleansing the same. They have also asked coffees/teas. So, I must say the service was totally 5 stars.
