Got a great experience after visiting Tanishq, Kanchrapara!! The way the staffs were cooperating us was great!! Mr.Suman Barman(Karigar) & Mr.Nihar Mohanta were there with us while purchasing some jewelry. They are so well behaved - friendly - a good communicator and have shared valuable information about golds,, which help us to take decision without any hesitation.

The replacement process was Good as well as the purchase and I'm very satisfied with quality of the product which needs to get resized and after getting the resized product (Ring) I'm very satisfied. The executives are very well behaved and very helpful specially Rohan Bhattacharya and Suman Barman. Thanks Tanishq.

Excellent Jewellery shop which maintains transparency for exchanging and buying Gold Ornaments. This shop is at Bagmore. Undoubtedly the brand name "Tanishq" under TATA Group is self explanatory. For purchasing new gold jewellery, they verify the Karat infront of you before delivery. For exchanging old Gold Ornaments they have an excellent transparent process. Infront of you they check the Karat in karat-meter. Even they melt the item infront of you and re-check the Karat and the weight. They even clean your old ornaments (Tanishq or others) at free of cost. This is really amazing. Wide range of collection in two floors of this show room. Behaviour of the staffs is very polite. The sales executive who guided us was Ms Pakhi Chatterjee. She helped to choose as per our actual requirement. Only problem (not actually ) is--- she managed us to initiate a monthly scheme for a year-long investment. They accept all types of payments. If your budget is very less, this Jewellery shop is not for you because the making charge is more compared to local shops (around 12 to 18%). If you are looking for trendy jewellery in appropriate price, this place is for you. Final tip: You can get a good discount in making charge if you purchase from here on your birthday/ anniversary

Very good store for any short of jewellery items... The Store is situated at Baghmore, 10 min auto from Kanchrapara station....
