Tanishq Jewellery - Jhansi - Civil Lines - Jewelry store in Jhansi - Jhansi, India

It was a hilarious and awful experience while I visited Titan Store located at Jhansi. Reasons are enunciated below- 1. A lady from staff came to us and asked everyone's name and phone no of all of us as there were four members, I couldn't find a genuine answer from her other than the fact she stated that it's company policy. However, I've been visiting their stores at JM Road, Pune/ Ahmednagar etc. It has never happened like that( to my understanding, a telemarketing data collection gimmick). 2. Water was offered in shabby and not so clean glasses. Till now, whichever Tanishq store I've visited, they offer TATA mineral water. There was no such courtesy. 3. Let's talk about the main fact, collection was not so great and since, I had to purchase a necklace for my wife who is working abroad, I had to share her on media. I genuinely understand that, it could be company policy where clicking of photograph might not be allowed( funny fact here is.. all ornaments are already available readily on internet) but the way it was conveyed, it surely is an alarming concern. The staff was impolite and I believe lacked training in courteous conduct. 4. Pointers may go on but I would like to sum it up as a bizarre experience due to lack of professionalism and may be some local cost cutting measures( just a shy guess) at store level.

Recently purchase a diamond bracelet. Mrs. Seema attends me and she is a wonderful lady who showed us a variety of so adorable bracelet. Tanishq is a known brand and it has wonderful collection of everything. Give it a try.

The environment of Tanishq in Jhansi is very awesome. Staff behaves very friendly and greets very well. I was welcomed warmly by Mr. Harendra who was a very nice and honest guy, showed me all the variety of ornaments there. Very nice Showroom and very nice staff. thank you @Harendra.
