I would like to appreciate the very helpful Ms Chandana Ghosh, She is extremely polite, helpful and goes above and beyond to help us. We needed to buy some jewelry for our family wedding and she suggested some very nice designs and options and suggested good schemes that helped us make the most of offers and discounts available. Hi, Very bad experience twice in last 7 days. Came for purchase on karwa chauth and today but the staff did not even asked for water. Today I went along with my wife. Chairs were not kept in fron of desk. I had to ask the staff to pls keep so that we can sit and see at relax. Also during shopping I asked for water but I was not served. Again during billing I reminded then it was served. Doesn't expected such service from a Tata Brand.

We did shop here before and this time it just felt like returning to a familiar place because of the helping staff. Specially Premlata Bise. She personally looked after us and helped us with understanding every small detail of our purchase. Also, Jayant Ghosh was very helpful in making me understand about the repairs of my tanishq product. It is a very good store, they give you time, understand your needs. Also, they have various monthly schemes that can be used if one is planning for a purchase later. Recently, we came to know that Tanishq accepts outside Tanishq gold for exchange. If you are looking for fine gold/ daimond along with fine services, please visit this Tanishq store.

Even 1 star rating is more for them. The employees are very very rude and their behaviour is unexceptable. They tell some other price for oder and during pickup they charge extra. Mg road Tanishq provide very good services I recommend that.

We are very impressed with store manager mrs Sapna Jain.we came to buy gold coins against our gold harvesting scheme but she convinced us and finally we decided to buy diamond earrings. We also opened 2 new accounts for gold harvesting. Excellent experience. Satisfied customer.
