Their new showroom is huge and loaded with amazing and very unique collections. They have amazing staff who are kind and patient towards customers. A special mention to Sowmiya P, she has been very kind and patient , she explains even small queries without any hesitation. She has been one of the MAIN reasons I keep visiting the store. The karat meter and melting is done in front of us,which kind off is very promising. Overall very good experience.

I am sold ! I came here not to buy jewellery. My laptop's battery got drained and I had to use restroom. All I could see this store and asked for favour and they allowed me to use their facilities. Not just that they kept offering me tea coffee water etc . I am so impressed. They are well trained. Kudos to the entire team . Really proud of them . I don't know their names but they made a huge impression. Guys remember this is jewelry store not everyone will do this . You guys are awesome. Thanks again for letting me use the facilities. We went from Bangalore Whitefield to this showroom as they have good schemes. The showroom is huge and they have a lot of collection of antique and normal gold and diamond jewellery. It's is maintained very well. Sarala helped us select good gold necklaces for our purchase. She is very helpful throughout our purchase time.

I have been an old customer and visiting since 2019. The new building is quite spacious, and the ambience is excellent as always. I have found the service executives quite helpful, and because of that I am visiting quite often. Some things they can work on are adding more variety and expanding the first floor of the new building. The gold coins of 22 kt were sold off very soon this year. They do not have silver coins. The most important flaw, as I am a believer, is to provide a proper place for Vinayagar photograph in the new building near billing counter. He was provided a suitable place in the old building and is sorely missed in the new one. It may not matter to most customers, but this is important to some of us.
