Very lazy staff! I specifically told her i am here for some investment purpose, she didn't even bother to show me anything instead she said we dont have any collection right now, Come back later! What kind of salesperson is that? Do you just get salary to come and sit in Tanishq. Dont know what kind of salesperson Tanishq has hired in gwalior branch. Or do they ever get training. And this has happened twice with me

Me and my family visited on 1 sep for purchasing ring.. Lady staff Ms. Nusrat khan is very rude and arrogant and seems very lazy in showing collection her attitude is like... Mne itna sab nikal kr rakh diya aap dekh lo... Madam agr humko hi dekhna hoga toh tanishq walon ne apko kyu rakha h afterall you are working as a sales woman right.. So first of all learn how to treat customers bcz your behavior ruining the image of tanishq... So be polite to customers and don't be in rush...

Most of my gold purchases were made in Tanishq Gwalior. Mr. Ramandhi was the one who took care of me most of the time. I can't remember the lady's name, sorry. Today, August 25, 2023, I visited the showroom and purchased a few items when checking out. She doesn't know how a woman should present my information and she is at a very frustrating moment. I'm not too worried about her points or discounts. It's a matter of how you approach your customers. Mr. Tanishuk always called me about purchases and discounts, but when I visited, the female manager acted like a beggar. The showrooms I visited as an adult were based on brand value, not attitude or discounts. I hope or pray that I am a big Ratan Tata fan and feel proud when I buy from Tata. Focus on your customer care experience and responsiveness to your customers.
