I have been visiting this place for years now. Staff really goes beyond to ensure that you don't have to wait long. Avoid going over the weekend which is usually busy as compared to weekdays. Place is huge and has ample of seating options. I trust Tanishq jewellery and I don't prefer doing much bargain which is why I prefer going here. Although gurgaon has lot of other Tanishq but this place has ample free parking options and right across the road which makes it easily accessible hence I usually prefer visiting here.

I found the staff in the store very arrogant. Given they are a premium brand, I expected better out of them. The lady who served us seemed least interested, given our budget was in the range of 30k to 50k. She didn't give too many options and was perhaps a bit too indifferent. Very arrogant.

Avinash and Rohit Garg helped us with the selection and in placing the order. Both have very good knowledge regarding the products and were very helpful. They made the entire shopping experience very smooth and fun. Would recommend Tanishq store at Gold souk for jewellery shopping, it offers a great variety of products and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Loved the dealing of Poonam at Gold Souk Gurgaon. Her competency in exchange policy is superb. Any time I need to come to gold souk I always request her to be present in the showroom. She is super kind to come even on her weekly off days. She knows how to handle the oldest customer. She also guide on the products those can have better appreciation value.
