Visited this store on 16th to buy a ring, trainee (whose name was Deepak may be) was really patient and helpful. Though the size was small he was very active and enthusiastic to get my ring done that too within 5 mins of payment. Karigar 'Pal jee' was also extremely helpful. Thank you Tanishq it was a lovely experience.

Among all the staff members, no one has any knowledge about gold at all.I request Tata Wale to change his staff member and hire an educated person.Ask them anything, they don't know at all. There is no knowledge of where the gold articles are kept.The behavior seems like that of a work member in your staff, he has also got a government job.I would like that whoever is the high authority officer of Tata should visit Tanishq Gaya Bihar.I have been to two organizations of Tanishq which have good staff Patna or Dhanbad.
