Visiting the store was a great experience. Specially on Father's day occasion which was fun affair.

I had the worst service ever at this Tanishq store, all thanks to the salesperson - Anita. I have never seen a salesperson roll yes eyes and make a face. I gues she was hangry or had a fight with someone else, but I cant imagine such a horrible service at Tanishq. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, but this service was just horrible. Anita had no patience to show us the collection. Even when the whole floor had hardly 5 customers, she kept telling us "please select fast, other customers are waiting". I mean what the hell Tanishq. Please train your salespersons accordingly because your loyal customers are making a big purchase and may need over 15 minutes to make a decision.
Our experience was not so great here. When we entered no one was there to attend us. Then the lady who finally attended us seemed quite disinterested and didn't even extend basic courtesys. We ended up buying jewellery from Kalyan.
I liked service given by Mr. Deepak, from rajouri garden branch...he is very humble, cooperative and fulfilled his duty by honesty. Tanishq brand is very well and good brand.. We can trust on it ..
Prime cause of visiting is brand's trustworthiness. Staff is well trained and hospitable. Mr. Vishal is very patient and polite and made shopping here a wholesome experience. Making charges are steep but quality and designs are superlative.
