Visited the Janakpuri branch yesterday and purchased one ring and one pair earring for my wife. Wanted to buy one more ring, but could not find the design of our choice as there were limited collections of jewellery. The designs available on online portal of Tanishq's official website were not available at the store. I got the ring resized as it was bigger than the finger size of my wife. After resizing the colour of the ring changed from it's original colour. I brought it into the notice of the staff. But they said that the colour changed due to polishing while resizing. Although I was not convinced, they did not have any other explanation. Behaviour of staff were decent.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing gold from Tanishq, and I must say that my experience was outstanding, thanks to their exceptional sales executive. From the moment I walked into the store, they greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. The sales executive named Jitender demonstrated an impressive knowledge of their gold products, answering all of my questions and providing valuable insights into the different options available. Overall, my time here was delightful.
