We were told to go to Rs Puram centre for our Dusshera purchase since we were travelling, and when we reached there the store was on renovations so we have to go a few metres further down the road and there was a temporary service location setup but it was proper and huge. Overall it was good and we will continue buying from Tanishq for its easier reliability and quality. And the sales staffs are very warm welcoming and kids friendly.
